Summary
A few days ago, I bought my very first iPod touch. I got it home, got it working, and I had all kinds of fun all night with the easily down-loadable applications. The Wi-Fi was relatively fast, and the whole device was fun and easy to use. However, over the last couple of days my iTouch has failed to access the internet. It hooks up perfectly with my free network at home, but when I try to surf the web, it doesn't work. To resolve this, I've looked at online FAQ's, read manuals, and even called Apple for tech support. Apple's tech support team did an excellent job of helping me. However, within 30 minutes of hanging up the phone, the internet malfunctioned again. I am extremely displeased with Apple on this product. I went to various other networks and had the same issue. Then, to make sure it's not my network, I tried other iTouches my friends had and several laptops. All of them worked perfectly. I did NOT spend $300 for a device that can't even consistently hook up to the internet. I recommend this product for those who desire a fancier iPod with a broader array of games. I do NOT recommend it for those who desire things like wireless internet often.
